well, started off in the morning with a call. ofcourse with my baby =P lolz.
we had some talk. thn i went for my lunch. thn i went out, went to do specs, salon thn post office. thn msged calv. and all.

i went to singing after tht. IM SO HORRIBLE AT PITCH. FUCK. thn i went to gym at about 3.30 after eating the yummy gelato & iced easy wayyy. mmm -
at gym, i started my training. first - treadmill ;10 mins, thn runner thingyy ;10 mins, stepper ;10 mins. so thts like 30 mins already. thn i did leg press 12 x 3. calf raise 12 x 3, push ups 10x3, dumbells on each hand 12x3 + 12x3 = 72
thn i did the weights thing 12x3. and lowerback exercise 12x3 and others others laa! all 12 x 3.

i wanted to stay for body combat. so i finished at 5.30 training. me & mum hang in mall until 7.30 for combat. went to buy sunglasses. and eat. walk here & dere. thn find weizhi. thn we went body combat together, SO FUCKIN FUN! we keep laughing. punching & kicking. i kick until i hurt ma leg. so like 30 mins. we went out already. knot tahan! so i went to PLAY with this machine. i fell from the machine thingy, got a bruise. aint tht bad. but pain.... & stupid =.=

so i went to get yoga's card. and yoga was torture. xp me and weizhi keep laughing. funny xD

we woke up today. i woke up the latest at 11. not sure what time they woke up but in the middel of the night i woke up by someone's SNORE & KICK. aint gonno mention who! :p woke up. did some project, eat, use comp, we ate HONEY CHICKEN WINGS!! haha! i called bby, and some things somethings happened. thn esther's car came about 3 pm. so left me & chels, we're sooo jobless so we did cleaning - HAHAHA :D it was really fun!! right chels? LOL. thn chels went thru my disc & magazines/ and damn, she brought a bunch of discs home. hahaha. i sent her home around 4 pm. and went to gym.

i went to follow mum to yoga last night., and i broke a bone. HAHA. no, i dint but feels like it. stretch like wad man! me and this gurl, pretty one! we had to team and held each other's wrists and like facing each other, foot to foot, stretch up our leg straight tht makes a BIG "W" so pain u know =.=
